By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Shedscape is an independent UK online home décor retailer, run by a husband-and-wife team and operating as a sole trader.
Correspondence and returns address: 1 Holy Cross Cl, Liverpool, Merseyside, L3 2EP, United Kingdom. Orders are packed and dispatched by our UK fulfilment partner. Our Liverpool address is for correspondence and returns.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your right to cancel within 14 days of delivery.

Prices
- All prices are displayed in GBP and include all applicable charges. Shedscape operates as a UK sole trader and is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added at checkout.
- Shipping is free on every UK order — the price you see is the price you pay.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Any promotional prices apply only during the advertised period.
Order Acceptance
- Orders are subject to acceptance.
- Customers receive an order confirmation email.
- An order may occasionally be cancelled if a product becomes unavailable or if an unexpected error occurs.
- Customers will always be informed if this happens.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit and credit cards, processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in GBP.
- Only card payments are accepted. We do not accept PayPal, bank transfer, cash or other payment methods.
- Shedscape never stores full payment card details.
- Orders are processed only after successful payment authorisation.
Delivery
- Free UK delivery on every order. Orders placed by 2:00 PM UK time (Monday to Friday) count from that business day; later orders count from the next business day. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri) and delivered 2–5 business days after dispatch — 3–7 business days in total.
- We deliver within the United Kingdom only.
- Tracking information is emailed after dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
- You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange.
- A free prepaid return label is included in every parcel, so returning by post costs you nothing. No restocking fees.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return.
- Items must be returned new and unused, in the condition you received them. You may handle an item as you would in a shop.
- Faulty or damaged on arrival? Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
- Contacting our support team before returning an item is recommended but not required.
Our Responsibility
We aim to provide accurate product information and a reliable, attentive service on every order.
We cannot, however, accept responsibility for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruptions, severe weather or technical issues.
If something does go wrong, please contact our support team — we'll do everything we reasonably can to help put it right.
